Fred Henderson is a second-generation family automotive business based in Durham and operating since 1973. Its services include breakdown recovery, mechanical repairs, body shop services, used vehicle sales and a KGM dealership. Our brief is to ensure the business is highly visible to a diverse customer base across all service areas whilst adhering to the branding requirements of the KGM franchise.
We developed a refreshed brand identity to modernise their image and drive showroom visits. Our team delivers regular multi-channel marketing support including digital campaigns and printed material. A quarterly advertising campaign is designed and implemented for new vehicles and management of paid Google Ads. Brochure design, print assets and business stationery are provided as required.
