Teesside’s largest commercial law firm, The Endeavour Partnership, has reviewed its performance for financial year ending July 2022, which includes an impressive 30 per cent increase on completed deals compared to the previous year.
The figures represent impressive growth for the firm’s corporate, commercial and banking team who acted on 116 transactions worth £508 million during the period.
The transactions worked on include advising management in connection with LDC’s investment of Cleveland Containers Ltd, the sale of local broker Erimus Group Ltd to global insurance group Gallagher and assisting with the establishment of Chinese logistics hub Lindy Business Service (Ninbo) Co Ltd as a joint venture with Lindy Elektronic GmbH for local client Lindy Electronics Ltd. The firm also advised world-class Italian recruitment leader GI Group on its acquisition of Encore Personnel Services Ltd.
The department, again listed as a Tier 1 Firm in the Legal 500 rankings for this year, is headed up by Nik Tunley and consists of fellow partners, transactional specialists Nigel Williams, Martin McKinnell and James Butler, who was promoted to the partnership in 2022, alongside finance expert Deborah Kirtley.
