Tees Valley Business Club is a regional networking club for professionals, providing its nearly 200 members with ten monthly events a year. The club hosts on-topic conversations and offers its members a platform to create new connections, discover business opportunities and share knowledge.


The board of volunteers wanted to put their members at the forefront of their communications. We revisited the club’s messaging, reviewed the engagement analytics and asked members what they would like. Having implemented the results of our findings, members now receive less volume which is more targeted and has resulted in increased membership numbers and a huge increase in engagement.
