Some say the number 13 is unlucky but not for this Teesside-based firm. Hospitality Guaranteed is celebrating 13 years in business this week, boasting national and global organisations amongst their client base and an ever-evolving online platform. The company has gone from strength to strength and there’s no signs of slowing down.
Accommodation, conference and event management specialist, Hospitality Guaranteed, has grown from a team of two to a team of 18 over the last 13 years and now has four systems available to its growing client list; Accommodation Stop, Apprentice Stop, Conference Stop and Event Stop which are used by various industries and sectors across the UK to support their conference, event and accommodation needs.
The organisation which offers a dedicated platform alongside a personalised service, has clients such as Greggs PLC and Raytheon who praise the system for saving them time, reducing costs and allowing them to report on the outputs of their event activity. It’s clear as to why they have stood the test of time.
The business was formed in 2006 by directors Amanda Jackson and Victoria Brunton who had both experienced an extensive career in the hospitality industry. Amanda said: “We had learnt from our respective roles and heard what the market was saying. They needed more from their events and were asking for support to help them execute it. There was an obvious need and Victoria and I were passionate about providing a solution.”
Hospitality Guaranteed is able to support its clients with services from venue finding to full event management through its tried and tested online platform but believes it is the knowledgeable people within the business that give the added value.
Director, Victoria Brunton said: “13 years is a long time and we are incredibly proud of our evolution. We certainly didn’t start like this, our technology is smarter, our team has grown and our relationship with our clients has been the back bone of our development.
“Our clients are experienced in this industry, they know what they want and what they need, when new suggestions arise, we take on the task.”
When asked what the next five years hold for Hospitality Guaranteed, Amanda Jackson director said: “We hope to continue to expand the team and solve problems with technology, to create innovative solutions to save our clients time and money.
“Over the next five years our plan is to infiltrate the European and worldwide market – watch this space.”
